ORGANIZATION
Nataraj & Venkat Associates Employ Eighteen Architects, Seven Engineers, Fifteen CAD Operators And Six Admin Team On A Full-Time Basis Apart From The Support Staff. Everyone Of Them Is Provided With Individual PCs.
Generally For Every Project, Small Or Large, A Project Team Is Formed Right At The Outset, Consisting Of At Least An Architect, An Engineer And A CAD Operator. For This Project Too We Would Be Adopting A Similar Pattern. The Team Would Consist Of An Associate And The Chief Engineer Along With Two Assisting Architect (S) A Project Engineer And Two Or Three CAD Operators As May Be Required. This, Of Course, Will Be Apart From The Specialized Consultants Who Will Be Associated With Us, As A Team, For This Project.
While The Associate Will Be Directly Responsible For The Architectural Design, Interior Design And Landscaping Design Along With His Assistants, The Consultants Will Be Responsible For Engineering Design And The Engineering Team Will Be Responsible For Coordinating Individuals / Consultants Efforts And For Scheduling, Costing Etc
